An Organizational Change Success Story
During the last economic slump, I worked for a company that experienced a 65% staff reduction. We needed to continue the same amount of work with less people.
I was given the lead on how to manage the change and restructure systems and staff roles. I assessed what really mattered, what could be dropped, and what could be streamlined.
We changed standard procedures, retrained staff, and updated software to automate some procedures.
